Health, safety, and wellbeing are not just moral imperatives – they’re good business. A thriving workforce is essential for delivering major projects successfully, yet the construction and infrastructure sectors continue to face challenges, from high suicide rates to the loss of talent due to burnout and stress.

This event will explore how project leaders can balance safety, wellbeing, and workplace culture while staying true to project values and delivery goals. Discussions will focus on fostering a healthier work environment, tackling mental health challenges, and embedding a culture where wellbeing is seen as a driver of productivity rather than a trade-off.

Join industry leaders, mental health advocates, and project specialists to discuss how putting people first leads to stronger, more resilient major projects.
