This evening discussion will explore how organisations are responding to increased levels of demand across major project portfolios.

Investment is rising across multiple sectors at the same time, while digital and AI developments are reshaping the skills and capabilities required. Organisations are being asked to deliver major programmes at pace while continuing to run business as usual.

At the same time, signs of strain are emerging across the system. There is increasing pressure on skills, supply chains and delivery capacity. Planning, funding and sequencing projects is becoming more complex, and stop-start investment cycles are making it harder to build long-term capability.

Through a series of short perspectives and an interactive discussion, we will explore:

•    Demand: how organisations are managing growing and uncertain pipelines
•    Supply: how capacity, capability and supply chains are responding
•    Transition: how organisations balance delivery with transformation
