The Major Projects Association is working with the Association for Project Management (APM) to provide a professional development event for our Rising Stars, Ambassadors and the APM’s Emerging Professionals.
The World Café hosted at PA Consulting and facilitated by Tim Banfield of the Nichols Group invites you to respond to three questions, developed from the APM’s projecting the future
Q1. What can you (and other members of the project profession) do to give you the profile and status that will make you the natural choice as the CEOs of the future?
Q2. What’s the main quality, trait or skill that the Rising Stars generation can bring to project management, which your predecessors don’t have?
Q3. How can we involve end-users/citizens so that they may influence the projects which are going to deliver the benefits they need?
We need to recruit a facilitator for each group who will also be responsible for collating the input and feeding back at the end. He or she can appoint a group scribe, who may help with the collation.
If you are planning to attend and would be happy to volunteer to facilitate one of the World Café groups, then please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note, this event is limited to Major Projects Association (current or past) Rising Stars, Ambassadors and members of the APM’s Emerging Professionals network.
