Demand-led skills provision, including National Skills Academy for Construction status

Summary

The ODA’s approach to demand-led Skills was to provide a demand-led training service that utilised both existing training schemes and set up new training projects, which met the programme’s skills need while also creating a legacy of a skilled and qualified workforce prepared for future construction programmes.
