Summary
Some 15.5 million meals were served at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. All this was underpinned by the London 2012 Food Vision, published in December 2009. The Food Vision provided a strategic foundation for delivering a massive temporary catering operation to high standards of sustainability and was a Games first.
