Embedding diversity in the supply chain

Summary

The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) set challenging equality and inclusion targets for each Tier One contractor. The challenge for them all was driving necessary activity down through all the tiers of the supply chain. This report shows how a Tier One contractor on the Aquatics Centre project successfully embedded equality and inclusion throughout the project by engaging and working collaboratively with their supply chain.
