As part of London 2012’s commitment to operating a sustainable Games, the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG) established a Sustainable Sourcing Code, which all its suppliers and licensees were expected to follow. The Code included the labour standards to be complied within manufacturing and service delivery for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
