The ODA Design and Construction Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) Standard and subsequent revisions set out and outlined HS&E expectations and requirements for all staff, accountable directors, stakeholders and suppliers. It applied to all design, engineering, construction, and maintenance works commissioned by, or on behalf of, the ODA.
