Summary
ODA Business Close Out Reports (BCORs) were produced at completion of the venues and infrastructure projects. This champion product is presented as a best practice example for a project close out report that was successfully used to close out the London 2012 projects. This could be used by future projects as it collates all the key information from the London 2012 projects, clearly reports their status at project completion and provides a good overview of the London 2012 overall Programme.
