This brief set out the vision, context, scope, design process and programme for delivering the Parklands and Public Realm Project. It was used as the primary tender document to procure the landscape architecture consultant team. It also provided the central point of reference for the client and consultant teams responsible for developing the outline and detailed design, delivery, management and maintenance proposals for the Parklands.
