Summary
The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) developed the Code of Construction Practice (CoCP) which set out a series of objectives and measures to be applied throughout the construction programme. This case study sets out the ODA’s targeted approaches to good community relations and engagement during the London 2012 construction project.
