Thameslink Delivery and Execution

Thameslink Programme was one of the largest ever infrastructure projects in the UK, transforming north-south travel to and through London. It was a complex programme of interrelated projects and works that need to be integrated to create the railway upgrade.

Thameslink Programme was responsible for development and delivery of the new infrastructure, in accordance with the requirements of the client, Department for Transport, up to the point at which it is accepted by the long-term operators of the infrastructure.

This section of their learning legacy shares the lessons that were learned as projects and their management changed and evolved over the programme lifespan.
