Summary

The Food Safety and Sustainability Inspection Template was used as a means reviewing catering provision across the Olympic Park against the ODA Food Safety and Sustainability Standard to ensure that all caterers were audited in a transparent means and to assist in monitoring performance against the standards set. The reports were provided to the caterers and the Tier One contractors managing the caterers.
