Progress report on the Government Major Projects Evaluation Review Action Plan

This report reviews progress against the Evaluation Task Force’s 2025 action plan to improve evaluation across the Government Major Projects Portfolio (GMPP). Drawing on delivery updates from the Evaluation Task Force, HM Treasury and NISTA, it assesses achievements against planned actions, identifies outstanding commitments, and sets out next steps to strengthen evaluation governance, capability and practice across major projects.
